Vehicle catches fire in Dubai

Dubai: A vehicle caught fire in front of Dubai Police headquarters on Tuesday afternoon.

According to Dubai Police, the fire occurred at 2.50pm after Al Qiyada Tunnel, towards Al Mulla Plaza.

“Severe fire in a vehicle after Al Qiyada tunnel towards Al Mulla Plaza. Drivers need to use alternative roads,” Dubai Police tweeted.

Police patrols reached the spot to ease the traffic jam that had resulted from the blaze.
